Fujiya SushiAt the Fujiya Sushi, it comes in two forms: quick service at the Fujiya Express on the ground floor, a “revolving” sushi bar with a “conveyor belt” of covered dishes for customers to choose from as they pass by, their very affordable prices indicated by colour codes, while upstairs, a traditional restaurant serves “tempuras”, lightly fried dishes prepared from a variety of ingredients such as prawns, vegetables and shellfish, along with sushi and sashimi accompanied by “miso”, the traditional soup served covered and drunk like a fine wine throughout the meal! Chinese and Japanese spoken.
